About this job

Job duties:

  • Execute coordinated and timed sales cadence strategy with emphasis on inbound and renewal accounts.
  • Communicating with new/renewal customers and following up on assigned leads.
  • Conduct virtual and in person sales presentations, phone sales within your assigned business segments.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales upgrade opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Work with your park events/execution teams to ensure seamless event planning and logistics.
  • Ensure payments are processed and recorded accurately.
  • Keeping up with Six Flags group sales product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating Six Flags features of ticket programs and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Closing sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets tracked within our CRM.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone, virtual sales and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
