Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) – Houston, Texas

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist for a school-based job in Houston, TX. This is a contract job starting as soon as possible. Additional information listed below:

Job Details:

  • Full Time or Part Time - M-F
  • Caseload: 6th - 9th Grade
    • up to 65 kids
  • Onsite
  • Start: ASAP
  • End: May 25, 2023

Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate therapy to assigned students; knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and practice; ability to develop and present staff developments regarding speech in public schools
  • Ability to municate effectively, orally, and in writing; ability to supervise, advise, and train assistants
  • Score and interpret test data, and write reports based on findings; Evaluate effectiveness of speech-language programs
  • Educate and consult with parents and teachers regarding speech disabilities in special education students

Job Requirements:
