MANUFACTURING SANITATION MANAGER

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Sanitation Manager.

You will manage the sanitation of cGMP and quality control (QC) machines, tools, and production rooms.

What you will do:

• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Ensure correct disassembly and sanitation of machines
• Oversee cleaning in place (CIP) processes
• Document cleaning in place (CIP) standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize for efficiency
• Understand, operate, and train team members on specialized machines
• Ensure proper machine assembly and preparation for production
• Troubleshoot, report, and document machine issues
• Manage a small team and collaborate across departments
• Assist team members with responsibilities as needed
• Set team and individual goals
• Train team members as needed

What we prefer you to bring:

• Professional and detail-oriented approach
• Time management and organization skills
• A strong work ethic and integrity
• 1+ years of experience in a management role
• 1+ years of experience with inventory management responsibilities

What you must bring:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Proficiency in technology, especially Google Workspace
• 1+ years of experience in an industrial sanitation role
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated role

Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

2 Available Schedules:

• Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
