We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Permanent Technology & Data Analytics Associate to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that leverages innovative technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where your skills in Networking, Systems Administration, and Cybersecurity will be crucial to the success of the team and the business. This position is "entry level" and is targeting someone who has graduated or is soon to graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in data analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making to meet business objectives.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from attacks.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure that all system and network components are functioning optimally.
• Collaborate with the team to identify, develop, and implement new technology solutions that can enhance our business operations and customer service.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, systems, and security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure that our business remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Systems Administration, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, MCSA, etc. would be considered an asset.
