Hospice LVN Per Diem (1 year experience)

Responsibilities of Per Diem LVN include but not limited to:

Must have 1 year Hospice Experience

Skills required:

• Monitor patient health and vitals
• Administer routine healthcare activities
• Maintain and document patient records
• Communicate the status of patients with doctors and nurses
• Teach patients medication management
• Schedule visits appointments
• Manage insurance and billing authorizations
• Assessment/ admitting appropriate patient

Shift:

• Per Diem
• Weekend Flexibility

Pay:

• $35.00-50.00 (Visit rate is negotiable depending on case/location)
