REQUIREMENTS:

* Good knowledge of products and plants, and general knowledge of all other merchandise.

* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

* Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities.

* Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.

* Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
