Hours: 8am-5pm PST, 40 hrs/wk. Free parking. 100% onsite.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project/Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the completion of various projects/programs. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete projects/programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects/programs.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude to accomplish goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with at least 7 years of experience in the field or related area. Strong experience in the construction industry can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work around large-scale industrial projects.
  • Understanding of major mechanical, plumbing, and how everything integrates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces effectively.
