We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Commission Analyst to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and commission structures to attract and retain top talent while aligning with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Conduct market research to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to design effective commissions plans.
- Ensure commission plans align with business objectives and motivate performance.
- Ensure payments from dozens of suppliers are processed and paid to hundreds of agents for thousands of customer contracts.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to make informed recommendations.
- Provide insights into trends and patterns related to compensation and commissions.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures and adjust as needed.
- Document compensation policies and procedures
- Communicate changes and updates in compensation plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to compensation and commissions.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of compensation best practices and market trends
- Familiarity with commission plan design and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- 3-5 years' experience
