Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Commission Analyst to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and commission structures to attract and retain top talent while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to design effective commissions plans.
  • Ensure commission plans align with business objectives and motivate performance.
  • Ensure payments from dozens of suppliers are processed and paid to hundreds of agents for thousands of customer contracts.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to make informed recommendations.
  • Provide insights into trends and patterns related to compensation and commissions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures and adjust as needed.
  • Document compensation policies and procedures
  • Communicate changes and updates in compensation plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to compensation and commissions.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices and market trends
  • Familiarity with commission plan design and administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • 3-5 years' experience

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with Colorado law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
