Requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar field / environment.
- Leadership experience in a lean manufacturing environment (including safety).
- A demonstrated track record of success when it comes to managing complex projects.
- Technical competence with software - including ERP systems (Syspro would be considered an asset).
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
- You must be legally able to work in the USA.
- You are able to commute to the work location regularly. (Decaturville, TN)
- You are able to communicate effective & professionally using the english language.
