Warehouse Associate - Star, ID

Detail oriented and customer-centric, your role as a warehouse associate is to assist the warehouse manager in receiving orders, ship orders accurately, keep close tabs on inventory accuracy, and work well with other departments including sales and customer support. Accuracy is crucial in this role with the expectation being perfection so as to best serve the customer. You'll need to be skilled not only at being accurate and precise, but also fast and efficient in your daily routines.

We're looking for a partner that sees these tasks not as a job but as a reflection of the kind of person they already are. This role is approximately 80% warehouse and shipping and 20% receiving and miscellaneous.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Be obsessed with improving our overall customer's experience and be a thought leader within Bear Knuckles to continually improve our fulfillment, shipment, and delivery processes

* Ensure efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments

* Attend work when scheduled and get along with other employees

* Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings

* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies

* Track inventory via Zoho (IMS) and works in a variety of other shipping and inventory-related software

**Qualifications...**

* 1-2 years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience

* Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills

* Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

* Basic competency in email, calendars, conference software, MS Office and Gmail (Zoho is a plus)

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
