The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Clinic Services will join a vibrant and expanding hospital that prides themselves on their low emergency department wait times and their ability to give patients access to a provider quickly.
The Nurse Manager of Outpatient Clinic Services will be responsible for developing, organizing, planning, leading, and directing clinical and management activities for the designated departments, which may include procedural services, endoscopy, pain management, cancer center, infusion therapy, cardiology, and/or other outpatient clinical services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Clinic Services will be accountable for daily operations and oversight of nursing practice and patient care delivery. The Nurse Manager of Outpatient Clinic Operations will maintain continuity and quality of patient care while ensuring all aspects of clinical operations are conducted and documented in compliance with relevant internal policies, standards/procedures, and applicable regulatory and accrediting body requirements.
The Nurse Manager of Outpatient Clinic Services will manage and evaluate the clinical operations, programs and resources of the assigned clinical areas to assure the safe and appropriate delivery of care. The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Clinic Services will ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner and in compliance with organizational values, professional standards, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
