Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY: The Estate Manager position’s responsibilities include all aspects of property management. This includes security, mechanical system, audio visual system, computer network, vehicle maintenance, accounting, landscaping and guest services. Guest services include culinary provisions, transportation, laundry/valet, housekeeping etc… The Estate Manager is the most senior position on property and is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of the property’s maintenance and services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:
Duties of the Estate Manager include, but are not limited to:
· Provide principal support with organizing and supervising the property’s staff on a daily basis.
· Ensuring all audio-visual equipment / and IT services are properly functioning on a daily basis.
· Direct and oversee interior and exterior cleaning services for the properties according to established standards.
· Daily pre-shift meetings to line up the team, review daily estate schedule and discuss points of service and daily assignments. Inspect team members work to ensure established standards are met.
· Vehicles – Maintaining the vehicles at the highest standards of excellence. Ensure registration cards and tags are current as well as maintenance requirements.
· Tennis Court maintenance per established standards.
· Orchestrating F&B services as needed. Organizing a formal dinner or banquet (including planning the event, seating arrangements, table settings, and supervising wait staff)
· Organizing other social events (dinner at a restaurant, champagne receptions, large outdoor parties, etc.)
· Packing a suitcase, purchasing clothing, closet organizing, care of clothes after they have been worn.
· Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
· Managing, and scheduling all subcontractors’ projects.
· Liaison with security team to manage guests and subcontractors’ arrival and departure.
· Performs other job-related duties as directed or other assigned tasks and projects.
