We have openings in several areas
Providing support to clients living in residential homes who display challenging behaviors through individual consultation, documentation, and training,
Provide one-to-one services to students at schools.
Provide in-home school services
ABA services in homes
Job Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans that are created by our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- When going into homes work with our clients in a compassionate manner
- When in a school setting follow the curriculum given by the teacher.
- Collaborate and engage with the behavior analyst to get specific feedback on teaching strategies and reducing behavior.
- Collect data and complete reports as needed.
· Observe client behavior and apply ABA principles.
· Seeking interventions for behavioral and developmental challenges.
· Educating clients and their parents in helpful activities.
· Provide feedback to Clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities who may also display challenging behaviors.
- Must be self-motivated and a fast learner
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory with experience.
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Must be able to clear DOJ/FBI background check
- Have computer skills and the ability to generate reports using Office 365.
