Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate owners and rental guests, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to owner and guests needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from arriving guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Work with owners, guests, staff and management in team environment
- 24 hour desk. Varied shifts as business demands
- Monitor common area surroundings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with owners, guests, staff and management
- Strong organizational skills and self starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong Hospitality position
