Mechanic's helper - Full-time / Part-time

Summary:	
Provide support to Lead Mechanics and perform duties such as changing oil and tires, replacing hoses and belts, inspecting brakes, and helping to diagnose vehicle issues. They are also required to maintain the shop in a clean and orderly manner.

Essential responsibilities:
•	Support Lead Mechanics
•	Perform preventative maintenance tasks on company owned vehicles
•	Repair and replace vehicle parts. 
•	Provide diagnostic support
•	Clean tools and shop as needed
•	Maintain vehicle records
•	Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
•	Mechanics Helper will be required to provide own tools. 
Minimum Requirements:
•	Prior hands-on technician experience is required
•	High school diploma or equivalent
•	Basic written and verbal communication skills

As with all other jobs, other duties may be assigned.  Management reserves the right to reassign an individual in this position to another position in the interest of efficient personnel utilization.
