About this job
- Person should be 60/40 mechanical vs electrical
- Candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance on forming mill, coiler machines, coating lines, cutting machines, extrusion units, conveyors, plating lines
- Secondary equipment pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, ac/dc, gears, motors, shifters etc.
- Electrical troubleshooting 480v three-phase, 120v single phase, 24v ac/dc
- Electrical troubleshooting limit switches, proximity switches, sensors, motors
- Perform Preventative Maintenance or PM's on equipment
- Reading of blueprints and schematics
- MIG and stick welding
- Tearing components off the machines and rebuilding them
- General building maintenance as needed; plumbing, changing lights, painting etc.
