Responsible for loading, unloading and operating dishwashing equipment. Hand washes fragile table service and cooking utensils as required. Ensures clean and organized storage environment; adheres to equipment operation safety and sanitation standards.

•Clean all kitchen utensils and dishes as needed.

•Follow proper opening and closing checklists as outlined by department standards.

•Sweep and mop floors as required.

•Stock kitchen supplies as required.

•Follow all safety guidelines and assist with monitoring safety hazards.

•Help with opening/closing procedures.

•Help assist with snow removal.

•Comfortable working outdoors.

•Contribute to after service hour’s product deliveries.
