Responsibilities;

  • Update to customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, other customer information
  • Describe resolution options and benefits to borrowers, negotiating best possible arrangement for consumer, our client(s) and Alltran.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform skip-tracing activities, as needed to obtain location information for reaching consumers.
  • Maintain a professional work demeanor.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
