An instrument repair technician's job is to repair musical instruments in a timely and proficient manner so that the instrument is returned to the customer in good playing order. A technician can specializes in one category type of instruments, or works on multiple categories types, such and brass woodwind, string or percussion.
An instrument repair technician's job is to repair musical instruments in a timely and proficient manner so that the instrument is returned to the customer in good playing order. Duty or Responsibility:
- Provide repair estimates for customer owned instruments within established timeframes and guidelines
- Work on customer owned instruments as well as rental fleet in an efficient & timely manner.
- Ensure each instrument is repaired according to established quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for production reporting and billing. As well as other admin duties.
- Additional duties as assigned.
