Mechanic- Night Shift

This candidate will be working at the Almeda Location as an industrial mechanic that will be working on their machinery around their site. They will be responsible for the routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC, Heat treating, conveyors, and other type of custom industrial machinery. These candidates must have experience working in an industrial work environment in order to being capable of understanding these types of machines.

They are looking for someone that will be able to come in and adapt to their process and the products that they are making over there. Ideally this candidate will be a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as with a helper.

This plant is mostly outside with some area that have shops that they will be working in. This environment is very dirty and they need to be prepared to work in a in clean environment as well as a machine shop. Non-AC. Qualifications: - 5+ years as an industrial mechanic

- 3-4+ years of experience troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery

- previous experience working in a industrial environment

- Need to have basic electrical aptitudes as they will need back knowledge of pulling wire and point to point wiring for basic jobs

- previous mechanic exp working with CNC, heat treat, conveyors, industrial machinery

- Self-starter and wanting to continue to learn the tricks of the trade. Performance Expectations: They are expected to come in with a great attitude and willing to learn their processes. As long as the candidate is respectful and willing to ask questions, then they will more than likely be good fit. As long as they are constantly developing themselves and getting better at the job they will become a lifer. Ideally they want the candidate to grow with the company and learn the different process.

Attitude is a lot of what is needed along with their technical abilities.
