Job Description
Spillers Works is seeking an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Site Facilities Engineer for our Eno’s Pizza Tavern locations in Dallas and Forney, TX. Reporting to the Store Manager of each Eno’s Pizza Tavern location, the Site Facilities Engineer manages all maintenance requests and contractor relations, ensuring smooth operation of each entity.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaison for equipment, facilities vendors, and major repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• Break/fix repair
• Landscaping/grooming
• Warehouse management and organization
• Researches product/equipment needed and provides options that are both effective and cost-effective
• Ordering and inventory of bulk supplies
• Ensures efficiency and safety targets are met
• Logistical support for large facilities projects
• Facilities planning with Store Manager
