JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Description Performs the assembly or sub-assembly of electro-mechanical products in an advanced position under moderate supervision from line leaders and supervisors in accordance with manufacturing documents and verbal instructions.
Can include:
- Reviewing and reading orders, following instructions and engineering drawings.
- Soldering, wiring, wire crimping, and small device assembly.
- Sitting for most of the shift at a small workstation.
- Repetitive review of small parts and using a magnifier to ensure quality.
- Operation of small hand tools and measurement devices.
- Labeling, packing, and testing.
- Accurately record process documentation.
Qualifications: Ability to do small and detailed assembly work using a microscope, vision system and or related automated equipment Communication skills to take instructions and provide feedback to supervisors related to production issues Understanding basic math Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, calipers, micrometers, US and metric measurement Eye coordination is a must Previous experience in microscope assembly while prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping and soldering of medical devices Preferably 1-3 years' experience Maintain the required daily standard of productivity with a consistently high level of quality Prep all types of electro-mechanical assembly using assembly work instructions, hand tools, and wire connectors Assemble elected sub-assemblies PCBA secondary operations: hand stuffing, components prep, components identification, and electronics color code

Requirements
Looking to hire on 20 Electrical Assemblers for 2nd shift
Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:30pm
MUST be available for OVERTIME on weekdays and weekends.
Assemblers are paid $12
Assembler with soldering experience are paid between $13 - $14.
MUST have experience!
