Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting preferred.
* At least two years AR, billing and/or collection experience required.
* Must be a self-starter with attention to detail, and have the ability to coordinate and prioritize work load to meet deadlines.
* Must have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience in Banner SIS preferred
* Possess excellent verbal, written, organizational skills, and/or project management skills.

Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring and managing the accuracy of billing as it relates to tuition and registration fees for general billing and Business Development initiatives, e.g., special billing arrangements. Work with Business Development, Bursar Systems Support, Accounting and other stakeholder teams to coordinate and configure billing operational support in Banner. Ensure accuracy, and post tuition reductions, scholarships and grants associated with offers and promotions. Compile critical spreadsheets to ensure SOX internal controls compliance. Respond to Bursar Salesforce inquiries as it relates to general billing and special arrangement billing. Compile requested reports for billing and special arrangement billing.

* Posting charges associated with tuition and fees
* Provide customer service to students and entities as it relates to billing inquiries
* Assist with the coordination and preparation of 1098-T tax forms
* Reconcile tuition and registration statistics to include tracking and analysis
* Provide projections and reports as requested
* Assist with preparation of financial reports relating to audits
* Post tuition and registration fees for Business development initiatives
* Coordinate, track and post exemptions, reductions resulting from special billing arrangements
* Liaison with stakeholder teams, e.g., Business Development, Student Support, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Bursar-Financial Account Management
