Job Summary of the eCommerce Merchandiser
Integr8staff is looking for a skilled eCommerce Merchandiser. The eCommerce Merchandiser will maintaining inventory throughout the company's website and all online B2C marketplaces. 
 
Responsibilities of the eCommerce Merchandiser
Review sales trends and new eCommerce specific product opportunities
Prioritize new products, markdowns, promotional offers and marketing initiatives
Organize holiday and seasonal items
Help execute marketing campaigns with social media team for new product launch, sponsored ads, and promotions
Merchandise product categories on our website and marketplaces
Assist in improving product listings (title, description, images, reviews, pricing, product specs)
Analyze and monitor reports from marketplace to find insights and growth opportunity
Proactively research online marketplaces and see opportunity to increase our brand awareness
Create daily stock reports and sell through rates
Forecast merchandise needs and assist in stock reorders
Plan inventory for holiday and seasonal items
Analyze and monitor ecommerce reports to find insights and growth opportunity
Maintain margin requirement reports
Assist in the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics
 
Requirements of the eCommerce Merchandiser
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years’ experience working in ecommerce, merchandising, buying digital communications
Fashion experience preferred
Experience in corporate retail, buying, sourcing a plus
Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is a plus
Experience with Shopify a plus
Expert in understanding retail math and margin management
Good analytical and decision making skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
