Staffmark Glendale CA has a new, exciting temp-to-hire opportunity you will want to pick right up! We are hiring a Warehouse Order Picker in Commerce, CA. We have partnered with a leading supplier of quality products for electrical, plumbing/irrigation, HVAC, security/low voltage, industrial, and energy professionals. If you are ready for a change and have previous warehouse experience using a handheld RF scanner, you are the candidate we are searching for!
1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.75/hr
Warehouse Order Picker Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of products.
- Inventory Management: Contribute to maintaining organized and well-managed inventory systems, performing regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Shipping and Receiving: Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, verifying incoming and outgoing products for accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize various equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory integrity.
- Physical Stamina: This role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Lifting requirements for this role are up to 50 pounds.
