Drafter/Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently looking for an Architectural Drafter/Project Manager here in Fargo for a residential home builder. Responsibilities would include:

• Drafting client homes during Design Meetings.
• Updating plans for projects as requested.
• Communicate to team members and sub-contractors.
• Detailed estimates to ensure pricing is accurate.
• Provide client pricing.

Must Have:

▪ High capability in AutoCAD with solid knowledge in Revit, V-ray, and SketchUp
▪ High capability in Microsoft Excel
▪ Residential home experience required
▪ Minimum 3 years combined of experience in both drafting and project estimating required.
