Aerotek is hiring for a Digital Marketing Analyst for one of their Financial Firms in Downtown, Denver. This position pays anywhere from 80 to 95K per year.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience using a major DMP (Adobe, Krux, Neustar, Oracle, KBM Group, Lotame, Google, Cxense)
  • 1-3 years' experience with testing frameworks and analysis
  • 1-3 years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Cloud pages, and Email Studio)
  • 1 year experience with digital media tools including programmatic advertising, DSPs, attribution and digital program measurement.


MUST HAVES:
- Experience using a major DMP (Data Management Program)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Cloud pages, and Email Studio)
- Understanding of marketing business objectives and ability to translate them into specific data actions.
- Knowledge of other forms of digital advertising, including SEM, social, native, mobile, email, SEO, e-commerce marketplaces

NICE to HAVES:
- Experience with KRUX (DMP)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure and optimize digital marketing programs across email, mobile, and web with the goal of lead acquisition and conversion.
- Helping clients think holistically about how data, analytics and various marketing levers can best interact across stages of the customer journey to support customer acquisition and retention objectives.
- Build audiences within the DMP to trigger journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, organized around campaigns.
- Deep level thinking into campaign data to reveal performance trends and put programs on the path to improvement through recommended enhancements and test plans.
- Help optimize, automate, and scale marketing channel campaigns and brand messaging.
- Ability to interpret key analytics and make key decisions based on CRM and digital data, expected ROI, Budget, etc.
- Understanding of customer experience and online customer conversion
- Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity, look-a-like
- Highly analytical and comfortable exploring and seeking critical insights to put into action from customer data (SQL, spreadsheets).
