Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 3+ years of project management and/or strategy experience
- Ability to dive deep into the weeds of a problem while understanding the big-picture impacts
- Confidence using data to drive decisions and outcomes
- A history of accomplishing a lot, quickly, with limited resources
- Passion for putting the customer first
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organization
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop solutions for customer pain points
- Collaborate with business partners (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Teams) and teammates to build solutions that will drive business success
- Lead the execution of new customer care initiatives
- Maintain a test pipeline to meet both company and team objectives
- Understand and keep up with the competitive landscape to ensure Sling TV is always delivering the best customer care experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance KPIs
