CNC Machinists

Growing machine shop is seeking CNC lathe machinists possessing the ability to set up, program, and run parts. They have large and medium sized lathes, both horizontal and vertical, with Okuma and Fanuc controls. The job shop/R&D environment is driving the need for," program on the fly" types of individuals.
Knowledge of how different types of materials react and relieve during cutting is a must. Types of materials being machined include; plastic, aluminum, bronze, carbon steel, tool steel, titanium, inconel, monel, and stainless steel, to name a few. Having experience of feeds and speeds for heat treated materials is also important.
