Quality Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

A company in the Aurora OH area is looking for a Quality Analyst. This person will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

- Utilize FaroArm and conventional hand measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) for calibration and to record measurements and dimensions of various products
- Analyze data and results in Minitab and Excel to identify a root cause for quality issues
- Implement Corrective and Preventative Actions to improve the quality process

Qualifications:

- 2+ years as a Quality Technician/Analyst OR 1+ year as a Quality Engineer
- CMM or FaroArm experience: can be operation and/or programming
- Gage calibration
- QC Statistical Software experience (MiniTab preferred, Excel, etc.)
- GD&T knowledge
- Experience working in an ISO environment
- Soft skills in leadership (lead, train, implementation)
- 6 Sigma Green Belt would be a plus (Control plans, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
