IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Currently, we are seeking individuals for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst opportunity with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. No 3rd parties. Candidate MUST be W2 employee of Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. This opportunity is 100% remote! Candidate MUST reside in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience creating/executing test plans from story card requirements and business risk based analysis entries. Responsibilities: • Operating in a scrum environment, attending regular stand-up meetings and meeting with the business and developer to build the test plan from the card description and acceptance criteria. • Additionally, part of the work will be working with the test lead on preparing, updating, and executing test cases for our Business identified risks as well as guided exploratory testing. Required Skills: • Experience in UI and API (microservices) testing • Experience with postman and an understanding of non-relational databases such as Mongo • Experience using ADO • Experience with appropriate testing techniques/methods to test complex business and technical requirements (i.e. Black box testing, functional testing, regression testing, API testing using Postman or Swagger, acceptance testing, front end and backend testing). • In-depth knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries) • Proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams.
