Experienced Sales and Business Development Executive - Full-time / Part-time

Direct Hire! Our client in Madison is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join their team. The right candidate will be an expert in relationship management who maintains a widely-known, and well-respected presence in the local market. They will also possess three or more years of proven successful sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities with real estate brokers, investors, lenders, attorneys, developers, and other industry professionals while managing existing relationships.
• Call prospective clients to set appointments and solicit business while meeting and exceeding sales call and appointment setting goals
• Exceed sales goals for both revenue growth and transactions
• Create successful plans to increase revenue for existing accounts
• Maintain extensive, detailed communication with internal staff

This role provides a generous compensation plan with a base starting salary of $35,000; uncapped commissions on new business revenue and support of existing business, expense and mileage reimbursement, benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, vacation and sick time, in addition to a positive and rewarding company culture.
