Analyst/Appraiser - Full-time / Part-time

Our Tyler, Texas client is seeking a professional individual to fulfill the role of Analyst/Appraiser in their organization. This person is expected to assume a leadership role and perform the functions associated with the appraisal of all property; assist in statistical analysis of market and appraisal data. Candidate will work under the direction of Senior Analyst/Appraiser.

Overview

• Performs appraisal of various categories of property, including the determination of appropriate appraisal methodology
• Coordinates the collection and verification of sales data and performs statistical analysis of market and appraisal data
• Receives and resolves inquiries from property owners
• Prepares data and presents findings at review board hearings  

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree in statistics highly preferred
• Degree coursework and work experience in statistics and analysis preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadline driven projects/workload
• Must have advanced level proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to complete licensing requirements 
• Flexibility to work in an office and field setting
