TEEMA Solutions Group is in need of a Capitol Markets Director for a Start up company in the New York area. In capital markets you will play an integral role in growing our The Company's capital base. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing – take a lead role in developing new investor relationships across products and asset classes, being a day-to-day “hunter” for new prospective investors across loan sales and securitizations
  • Assist team with the execution of deals through credit analysis, modeling, structuring and analytics. Will work across the spectrum of funding initiatives including loan sale partnerships, forward flow, securitization and warehouse financing
  • New product development – collaborate with various internal teams to develop and finance products that fit the needs of both our borrowers and investors
  • Work in conjunction with other internal teams on collaborative projects: portfolio composition, investor reporting, due diligence, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of asset-backed, consumer asset, or specialty finance experience preferred
  • Asset experience- whole loans, structured finance, warehouse
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, buy-side, structuring, trading, research, or credit analytics preferred
  • Fundamental Credit Background
  • Experience leading and closing deals.
  • Experience with structuring terms/conditions and negotiating with counterparties Ideally a network
  • Outstanding communication skills: ability to articulate investment merits to potential capital partners, manage investor diligence process, participate in sourcing new investors
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and modeling skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, organized, ability to complete projects independently
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
  • Technical skills: MS Excel modeling, Bloomberg, Intex (desktop or dealmaker)
