Rewind/Finishing Operator (First Shift)

Position: First Shift Rewind/Finishing Operator

 

Job Summary: We are currently working with a company in Sun Prairie who is looking for First Shift Rewind/Finishing Operators. Duties include, but will not be limited to:

• Operate standing or sedentary rewind equipment to cut, package and prepare finished labels for shipment according to customer specifications. This requires using two hands to set-up rolls and empty spools, and use of a foot pedal to operate some pieces of rewind equipment.
• Complete required quality and production logs
• Keep work area clean and safe

 

 

Location: Sun Prairie

Pay: $12 - $14.80/hr

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm, and Fridays, 7:00am-11:00 (Overtime as required)

 

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 yrs or older.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills: ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong attendance
• Basic math and computer operation skills
