Job Description

Job Description: Customer Service Rep

  • Primarily responsible for answering all incoming calls from customers, which will mainly be asking if their car is ready or asking about inventory.
  • Look up inventory and customer/client information at the same time.
  • Need to be able to multitask.
  • Entering in car title information and helping out with various other roles around the office.
  • Cannot be overwhelmed easily.
  • Does require customer service experience and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Dress: Jeans every day except Thursday where they will wear khakis or black pants.
  • Hours: M-F, 8-5
  • Located on the North West side of Nashville.
  • Pay: 13.50 an hour and gets a pay bump to $14.50 once going on permanent with the company.
