CNC MACHINIST - Part-time

We are looking to bring in machinist into our fast paced CNC machine shop. We are large enough to allow you to move up as far as you want while being small enough to know your name.

 

We are looking for CNC apprentices or journeymen  and/ or CNC machine operators through a variety of machines such as vertical and horizontal mills and many different CNC lathes to produce various parts for the automotive aftermarket  and oilfield services.

 

We will provide the training for you to grow within the company such as programming using Mastercam, tooling change-over, and other various tasks and skills associated with high end machining practices.

 

This is for a full time position Monday through Friday 8-6. Overtime is readily available and get paid weekly! All tools are provided to do any job here at Wolfe Racecraft.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Intermediate knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments and the application of such

Instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators and scales

• Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and must be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Willing to be trained with a desire to learn a trade .

• Will be required to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Constantly checking tolerances on pieces to maintain quality parts

All of the above are applicable for the machinist journeyman I apprentice as well as for the machinist position
