We are now hiring CNC Machine Operator who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
CNC Machine Operator Job Summary
- $18.00 hourly
- 2nd shift – 2:30pm to 11pm Monday to Friday – Must be available to work weekends.
- Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders and broach machines.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
- Manual programming techniques.
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
- Assemble components and perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and function
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements.
- Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
