From Scratch Baker Needed to join Kosher Bakery Team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have commercial bakery experience
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Sundays and holidays
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce our entire line of baked goods: challah, cupcakes, cookies, babbka, rugelach and other Jewish specialty baked goods
- Ensure exceptional product by following recipes, understanding prep procedures, and maintaining raw materials quality
- Keep up with pace of store and customer flow
- Understand proper use of all equipment
- Maintain a clean production area
- Work fast, accurate and be organized
