Production General Labor

Pre Delivery Inspection is one of the final stages before the RV is sent to one of their dealers or put on their lot for sale. This is a very vital department in terms of making the customer happy and honoring promises.
This role has a checklist that they must go through to inspect the trailer that everything is installed, everything in great looking fashion, trailer is clean. They might air blow out the trailer and wipe/clean areas as well. They will need to take ownership as there is alot of trust in this department. They will have checklists for each unit they must check off and sign off on. This position takes alot of attention to detail and maturity. Cannot be afraid to speak up if something on the unit does not look good or needs to be sent back and reworked.

This department is in charge of the total outside appearance of the RV. They will be putting decals and stickers on the outside of the RV. This calls for attention to detail and patience. They will also be putting stickers and decals on items inside the unit and labeling different product.
This can be repetitive but its a slower process than just putting a sticker on something.

Will be doing all NEW installs of plumbing and fixtures. Will be install pipes, fitting the pipes, installing sinks, toilets, and faucets. Installing the water lines to refrigerators. Will not be dealing with waste as these are all new.

The electrical department will be doing all the running of wire, splicing and cutting of the wire, and connecting the wire to the actual connectors. They will not be dealing with any live electrical currents as they have their own electrician internally that does this. They will need to know how much wire to cut and run the wire properly through the unit.
