Overview
Performs a wide variety of administrative functions for Distribution Center or Configuration&Assembly Center. Maintains payroll, mail and ordering of supplies. Answers phone and act as a receptionist for the site.
Essential Duties&Responsibilities Required- Ensures all employees are in Kronos and maintains Kronos activity for site Maintains local payroll records and answers all local employee payroll inquiries.
- Help to maintian site vacation schedule and keep track of absences, etc. Answer telephone as needed and act as site receptionist.
- Assists, as needed, to order office supplies and warehouse supplies in conjunction with site manager requests.
- Collects and ensures interoffice mail is sent to corporate daily.
- Performs copying and faxing tasks for the site as needed.
- Maintains records of deposits on a daily basis.
- Supports the compiling of month-end statistics and any other statistics/reports required by site manager on an as needed basis. Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Preferred Education:
- High School/G. E. D.
Previous Experience (Years&Type):
- Previous administrative experience desired.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of senstitive information.
