  • Receive Executive visitors and Board members to our 33 rd floor.
  • Answer incoming calls on the Switchboard - equally divided w/ 29.
  • Manual directory updates.
  • Answer status questions re: staff as directed by HR.
  • Gate-keeper and floor management:
  • Assist with and monitor conference room activities.
  • Stay aware of & assist with special activities.
  • Stay aware of traffic & issues. Primary Hotline Services agent.
  • Primary signage system agent.
  • Issue new employee security cards.
  • Assist CS Facility repairs and follow-up.
  • Return phone calls for Mgr. as directed.
  • Back-up Reception, Central Booking and other duties as needed.
