About this job
- Receive Executive visitors and Board members to our 33 rd floor.
- Answer incoming calls on the Switchboard - equally divided w/ 29.
- Manual directory updates.
- Answer status questions re: staff as directed by HR.
- Gate-keeper and floor management:
- Assist with and monitor conference room activities.
- Stay aware of & assist with special activities.
- Stay aware of traffic & issues. Primary Hotline Services agent.
- Primary signage system agent.
- Issue new employee security cards.
- Assist CS Facility repairs and follow-up.
- Return phone calls for Mgr. as directed.
- Back-up Reception, Central Booking and other duties as needed.
