The assistant customer service manager guides the customer from their first interaction with Freedom service through the final interaction where they will receive a correctly repaired vehicle, cleaned and ready to safely transport the customer. Customer loyalty and keeping our customers safe and happy is the goal of the life improvement team at Freedom Automotive Harrisburg. Responsibilities: * Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional, courteous manner. * Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements, * Maintain customer satisfaction ratings at an acceptable level. * Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for services recommended, communicate and acquire proper authorization from customer. Qualifications: * Strong computer, interpersonal, and communication skills * Understanding of automotive parts and cars * Strong organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills * 2 + previous years administrative or service writer work * ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus * Must meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection
