A prestigious investment firm located in downtown Chicago seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to an executive and up to 5 other team members. The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all established administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to a group of top management
  • Perform business/situational analysis and develops recommendations
  • Develop organization materials such as communications, correspondence and presentations
  • Develop and compile reports on client and company information
  • Track client information and market trends
  • Maintain company database information
  • Administer a tracking system in adherence with reporting guidelines
  • Maintain and monitor professional s calendars of scheduled appointments and upcoming events
  • Assist with programs, events, and other client functions
  • Other various administrative tasks necessary

Requirements of the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor s degree is preferred
  • Must have at least 4-7 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ideal candidate would have a finance or investment banking background
  • Strong knowledge of bank financial processing standards, and key business processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Must have strong communication and organization skills
