DESCRIPTION: Audi vehicles are full of advanced and interesting technologies. We are searching for enthusiastic and tech savvy individuals to teach our recent customers how to enjoy their new Audi to the fullest. This Sales support position will undergo a full training program so theycan provide effective communication and technology support to our customers in person and via email, text and phone. Must be technology savvy, self-starter, friendly, service oriented, proficient using text, email, and phone channels. Full training and certification to be provided, with opportunities to move into sales or management. WE OFFER: * Health and dental insurance * Paid Vacation (1 week after 1st year, 2 weeks after 2nd year) * 401k * Great opportunity for career growth we believe in promoting from within * Hourly + bonus potential * Excellent Culture and team environment * Ongoing on-the-job training * Product knowledge training * Family owned & operated RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain an outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday. * Preserve customer trust in Audi by maintaining patience and empathy while communicating with customers. * When juggling multiple duties, remain conscious of customer s time demands as well as your own. * Obtain product knowledge certification and be able to clearly explain product features, advantages, and benefits during vehicle delivery. * Work with the Service Department and Reconditioning Department to ensure vehicles are clean and ready prior to customer delivery. * Review owner s manuals, vehicle warranty and service requirements. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Using the eDelivery app perform a customized, high-quality, and professional delivery presentation on new and used vehicles while building strong customer rapport to lay the foundation for owner loyalty. * Perform personalization of Driver Settings and ensure owner competency and proficiency with Audi Technologies. (Bluetooth, MMI, virtual cockpit, driver assist features, etc.) * Perform on or off site deliveries (customer s home or work) in person and/or via facetime/skype as appropriate. * Complete the dealership sales to service hand off by introducing new owners to Service Department personnel and emphasizing the quality and efficiency of the dealership s service operations. * Review the Audi Customer Satisfaction Survey with new owners and its emphasize its importance to dealership personnel. * Obtain customer permission to take delivery photos and work with eCommerce department to post photos on dealership social media as allowed. * Follow-up via phone or email to answer customer questions about recent purchase and schedule New Owner Orientation / Second Delivery Appointments. * Schedule follow-up support on an as-needed basis for new owners and complete all communication and activities in dealer CRM * Maintain familiarity with all products and keep abreast of technological changes in the product. * Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and execute responsibilities more effectively. * Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.) * Comply with other job-related instructions and perform any other duties that, in the opinion of his/her supervisor are reasonably related to his/her primary job responsibilities, required to assist other employees, or compliment dealership efforts generally. REQUIREMENTS: * Possess an aptitude for acquiring skills and knowledge in both product and customer relations with an eagerness to learn. * Fulfill job duties with style, speed, and skill while earning the trust of customers and coworkers alike as you offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training. * Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date * Career oriented with a proven track record in superior customer service. * Possess strong communication skills, quality customer service skills and a knack for problem solving. * Be punctual in attendance and adhere to time keeping procedures. * Adhere to all company policies and dealership rules. * Attend meetings as required. * Maintain a professional appearance. * Valid in-state driver s license and driving record consistent with company policy and insurance carrier requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age * High School diploma or equivalent WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Stand and move throughout the dealership facility (i.e., lot, showroom, service department, and offices) for most of the shift. * Work in various weather conditions and will spend time outdoors delivering vehicles to customers. * Evening, holiday, and weekend work hours will be required.
