Boutique asset management firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York is looking for a CLO Structuring Analyst
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assemble internal and external tools to model securitization transactions backed by corporate loan exposures
- Perform collateral analytics and other analyses as needed
- Review, negotiate and arrange warehouse and CLO deal documentation
- Run cashflow scenario analyses
- Liaise with internal control groups to secure transaction approvals
- Monitor warehouse facility exposure
- Secondary CLOs - Analyze market data and deal specific data to generate and test trade ideas.
- Aiding the technology team with development of analytical systems and capabilities for CLO tranches.
- Assisting with month-end investor reporting process, management reporting and performance calculation/analytics.
- Monitor and prepare materials to update portfolio managers with information on the current market, focusing on asset and liability yields, issuance levels, and structural features
