* Must have 2+ years working experience or comparable experience * Must have outgoing personality, well-spoken and a family friendly appearance. * Must have a smiling disposition, positive attitude and make direct eye contact * Must have strong organizational skills, sense of urgency and be able to adapt to situations quickly * Must be able to be on feet for 6-8 hours * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Server Assistants with Colonial Cafe are responsible for ensuring that our guests receive WOW! service by helping servers. S.A. s are responsible for table maintenance and the cleanliness of guest areas. S.A. s help with food and beverage delivery. S.A. s are responsible for cleaning sidework duties in guest and work areas. Server Assistants will be required to attain a Safe Food Handlers certification.
