Automotive Electrician

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to work any shift and work some overtime, including daily, weekend and holidays
• Eight (8) years of documented Electrician experience or a U.S. Department of Labor Completion of Apprenticeship Certificate as an Electrician
• Experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working from blueprints, drawings, layouts or other specifications
• Electrical experience supporting manufacturing operations to locate and diagnose trouble in electrical systems or equipment
• Experience in replacing broken or defective parts in equipment or machines, electrical equipment and tooling
• Experience in PLC (programmable logic controller) programming and troubleshooting

Additional information:

• 90 day probation period- but Direct immediately
• Must be shift flexible- most difficult is C shift- 5am (10 hour day) start- Friday and Sat- Sunday off
• 8 + yrs Electrician exp or Journeyman card
• Troubleshooting is the big requirement
• Resident/General Electricians will not be qualified for this role
