Job Description
Commercial Lines Account Manager
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for an assigned group of SouthGroup customers by utilizing knowledge of company products, services and programs. Minimum Qualifications Must be prepared to partner with SouthGroup Agents to provide customers with service as outlined by SouthGroup's Policies, Procedures and Workflows. Must address customer issues and ensure effective resolution. Must be proactive in customer contact campaigns as directed. Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience Personalized Customer Service - This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and maintain them over time. Effective Time Management - organizing and managing multiple priorities. Integrity, dependability and commitment to SouthGroup values. Attention to detail and the ability to get information, process information, and evaluate information to determine compliance with standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Keep up to date technically and apply new knowledge to the job. Strong team player Strong computer proficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and Applied Agency Management System experience.
