CMM Programmer - Full-time / Part-time

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates inspection activity and operates/programs CMM (PCDMIS) to collect dimensional data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for writing and maintaining CMM programs with provided data in PCDMIS
2. Collects data from the checking fixture according to the control plan.
3. Runs validation and verification routines for production tools such as check fixtures, manual gauges, etc.
4. Report any non-conformance detected on the production process to the Quality/Manufacturing Engineer.
5. Identify potential causes for process variation.
6. Responsible for dimensional control verification
7. Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of checking fixtures.
8. Any other duty as deemed necessary or appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Associates Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with PC-DMIS and/or other CMM software.
